Please note not all items are updated in real-time, due to the current climate there have been extensive lockdowns and quarantines which have caused our postal carriers to be understaffed.
Also note, if your order was placed within a few days then it might not be reflected yet in the tracking information provided. This does not mean there is a problem or it hasn't been shipped. We ship all orders within 24-72 hours but since we are using a third party tracking site, it can take several days for the shipping information to be updated in the online tracking system.
